Like how they called before they came. Logan and Matt very professional and personable. Explained the process, pricing, and asked if any questions. They cleaned the upholstery on our couch and did a great job. Explained other services and mentioned 10% discount for repeat customers. Very impressed. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I am beyond impressed with the service. My carpet was a mess from a dog and stained from food dye. They were honest about the fact that the food dye would possibly fade but more than likely not come out. The food dye did come out, the carpet looks incredible. The guys were extremely profressional and nice. They went beyond what I expected by even helping move a heavy piece of furniture to my garage. I had only asked they move it to clean the carpet and then move it back because I could not, that I would figure out getting rid of it later. This is the second time I have contacted ServPro to clean this carpet and they did a great job the first time but an even better job this time. Highly recommend.

ServPro is a phenomenal company that is thorough, hardworking, and most importantly, honest with their business practices and pricing. They really do place the customer needs first. I had a water pipe break causing water damage in 2 floors of my house. My insurance company used a pariah company out of Cedar Rapids (avoid that area at all costs!) and I demanded they be fired. I replaced them with ServPro here in Clinton, IA. They had originally performed some testing for us on the construction project in town for Purina to which we were all very impressed with them. I was more than happy that they gave the same level of care and customer service in the residential sector as they had in the commercial sector! Call them and use them. I can assure you with 100% certainty that you will not regret it. I can’t speak for other offices but the Clinton, IA group is first class!

They do a great job

Have never had someone ever come up to the standard of excellence as the crew who worked on our basement, especially the lead crew people. There was at least two maybe three that were doing that. Your company is so fortunate to have people like that working for you. They were the best of the best. Would recommend them to anyone. What a job they did.
