Meet Our Team

David is the Owner at SERVPRO of Clinton. He has about 20 years of experience in reconstruction, home repairs, and is Lead Certified. He also has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician. In his spare time, David enjoys camping and fishing with his family.

Sharon is in her second year with SERVPRO and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to our team. She specializes in team development, problem solving, and implementing effective processes that support organizational improvement and long-term success.

She is motivated by the impact SERVPRO has on families and businesses in our community and takes pride in being part of a team that helps people during some of their most challenging moments. Sharon also enjoys the positive, friendly culture within our franchise and values the relationships she’s built with staff and customers alike.

Outside of work, Sharon loves spending time with her grandchildren, hosting gatherings, and cherishing family time. One of her biggest life goals is to take her entire family on a cruise — a dream that reflects her generous spirit and deep love for those closest to her.

Bambi Starr has been a key leader within our franchise since 2022, serving as the Director of Business Development while also leading our Marketing Department and coordinating community events. She brings more than 25 years of hands-on leadership and management experience, supported by extensive training and a strong commitment to professional growth.

Bambi is dedicated to expanding her expertise in modern marketing strategies, including digital marketing and new-age development tools that help strengthen SERVPRO’s presence and community impact. Her passion for giving back is at the heart of everything she does—whether she’s building partnerships, supporting local organizations, or creating meaningful outreach opportunities.

Outside of work, Bambi enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel whenever she can. Her energy, creativity, and community-first mindset make her an essential part of our SERVPRO team.

Matthew Bremenkamp serves as our Operations Manager and brings an incredible 32 years of SERVPRO experience to the franchise. His deep knowledge of every aspect of our profession makes him a trusted leader, mentor, and resource for both staff and customers.

Matt’s favorite part of his career is being able to make a real difference in people’s lives. He takes pride in helping customers through the recovery process and guiding them from crisis to restoration with confidence and care.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and catching up on much-needed naps—an important perk when you’re always on call. One of his favorite SERVPRO sayings is “Fire it up, Randy,” a phrase rooted in our hands-on training culture and a reminder that our team is always prepared, motivated, and ready for any situation.

Chris has been part of the SERVPRO team since 2022 and is certified by the IICRC in Fire and Water Restoration. In his role as Program Manager, he brings a strong work ethic, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to excellence in every project he oversees.

His motivation shines when he’s out in the field helping others and making a meaningful difference in the community. Chris is always eager to support local events and is a proud member of our “give-back” crew, contributing to the community-focused spirit that defines our franchise.

He leads by example, values strong working relationships, and is dedicated to creating a positive, collaborative environment for both customers and coworkers.

Sean Barbee has been a valued member of our construction crew since the opening of our franchise in 2022. Working alongside the owner, Dave, Sean brings strong craftsmanship, reliability, and pride to every project he touches. His commitment to quality workmanship shows in the details, and he consistently delivers results that exceed expectations.

Sean has a natural creative eye and enjoys building and crafting in his free time, especially working with metal and wood. His hands-on skill, steady work ethic, and passion for creating make him an exceptional asset to our reconstruction team and to the customers we serve.

Zachary Mallinger has been with SERVPRO for nine years and serves as a Crew Lead within our Production team. He is IICRC certified in Fire, Smoke, and Water Restoration, as well as Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Zac brings extensive knowledge to every job and takes great pride in delivering high-quality work for each customer he serves.

While he specializes in carpet cleaning, Zac is skilled in all areas of restoration and is always ready to step in wherever he’s needed. He values the opportunity to help clients get their lives back on track after a loss, and his dedication shows in the care and attention he brings to every project.

Outside of work, Zac enjoys spending time with his family and unwinding with video games—his favorite way to keep his mind sharp and relaxed after long days in the field.

Maggie Gauf is a dedicated Production Technician with four years of service at SERVPRO. She is IICRC certified in both Fire Restoration and Water Restoration, bringing strong technical skill and hands-on expertise to every job she tackles.

As part of our cleanup crew, Maggie is known for her versatility and readiness to jump in wherever she’s needed. From specialty cleanings—like McDonald’s PlayPlace sanitation—to fire and water loss jobs, she approaches every task with professionalism and pride. Her strong work ethic and commitment to quality make her a trusted member of the team.

Maggie also brings a fun, positive energy to the workplace. She’s often seen smiling, laughing, and lifting the spirits of those around her, making the workday better for everyone.

When she’s not on the job, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and cherishing the moments that matter most.

Matt Mostek has been part of the SERVPRO team for over four years and serves as a skilled Production Technician. He holds IICRC certifications in Carpet Cleaning and Water Remediation, bringing strong technical expertise and attention to detail to every job.

Matt takes tremendous pride in his work and loves seeing the happiness on customers’ faces when he reveals the finished results. With numerous positive customer reviews, he is proud not only of the work he does but also of the teamwork and support he shares with his coworkers. Kristopher Spalding is a dedicated Production Technician with four years of service at SERVPRO. He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and continues to expand his expertise as he works toward additional certifications. Kris is knowledgeable in many areas of the restoration process and is always eager to learn more.

He takes pride in helping people during some of their most difficult moments, and he finds real fulfillment in being part of the team that helps customers put their lives back together. His compassion, steady work ethic, and willingness to step in wherever needed make him a valued member of our production crew.

Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with his family. His personal goal is simple but powerful: to be better than he was the day before — a mindset that shows in everything he does.

Jared Rossi is a dedicated Production Technician with four years of service at SERVPRO. He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and is always looking for ways to improve both himself and the company. Jared takes great pride in his work, approaching every job with care, focus, and a readiness to tackle whatever the next day brings.

Isabella Wall has been part of the SERVPRO team for three years and is IICRC certified in both Fire Restoration and Water Restoration. As a member of our cleanup crew, she takes great pride in delivering quality work and ensuring every customer feels supported throughout the restoration process.

Isabella loves the strong relationships she has built with her coworkers and says that the teamwork, pride, and fun they share make coming to work each day enjoyable. Her positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction make her a valued member of our franchise.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys expressing her creativity through crafting and loves spending time on the water kayaking. Her artistic eye and adventurous spirit shine through in everything she does.

Logan Drury is in his first year with SERVPRO and has already become a valuable asset to our team. He has earned his IICRC certification in Water Restoration and approaches every part of the learning process with pride and determination. Logan looks forward to each new day and each new job, appreciating the opportunity to learn something new and expand his skills.

He enjoys working alongside his coworkers and values the teamwork and support that come with being part of the SERVPRO family. Logan’s positive attitude and eagerness to grow make him a strong addition to our production crew.

Dawn Eickert has been a valued member of SERVPRO since 2025, bringing more than 30 years of administrative experience to our franchise. As our Receptionist and Dispatcher, Dawn is often the first point of contact for customers, and she approaches every interaction with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help.

Motivated and eager to continue learning, Dawn is always looking for ways to support multiple areas of the business. She describes her time at SERVPRO as heartfelt, especially witnessing the compassion shown as people help others through difficult moments. Her empathy and steady presence make her an essential part of our team.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is also deeply involved in her community as a Girl Scout leader and Service Unit President, and she is currently developing a youth program at her church. Her dedication to service shines both inside and outside the workplace.

Chase Rossi began his journey with SERVPRO by helping with small tasks like mowing the lawn, and through hard work and determination, he has grown into a permanent full-time Production Technician. Chase is eager to learn, quick to adapt, and committed to growing within our franchise.

His willingness to jump in wherever needed and his drive to build new skills make him a valuable and dependable member of the team. Chase’s steady growth reflects his strong work ethic and his desire to contribute to the success of the franchise.

Kaylee Anders has been a valued member of our cleanup crew for about a year, bringing reliability, positivity, and a strong work ethic to every job. As a Production Technician, she plays an important role in helping customers recover from unexpected losses, and she approaches each task with care and determination.

Kaylee is eager to grow within the company and has set her sights on earning certifications in specialized areas of restoration. Her drive to learn and her commitment to improving her skills make her a promising and dedicated member of our team.

Barb Aney — lovingly known as “Grandma” — has been a valued member of SERVPRO for almost two years and serves as our dedicated Content Specialist. She oversees all contents, including the detailed cleaning of personal items and laundry, which is one of the most meaningful services we provide to customers recovering from fire or water damage.

Barb plays a vital role in helping families hold on to what matters most. If an item can be saved, restored, or brought back to life, Barb is at the heart of making that happen. She takes great pride in her organized, methodical approach, ensuring every item is handled with care, properly labeled, and kept safe throughout the restoration process.

Her steady presence, attention to detail, and genuine compassion make Barb an essential part of our SERVPRO family — and a comforting support for the customers we serve.
