We have had such an incredible experience with SERVPRO Norcross! Steve and the whole team have been there for us from beginning to end. We came home to an inch of standing septic water on top of our carpet in our downstairs. All of our furniture had to be removed and cleaned, and our downstairs demoed. This was such a traumatizing experience but SERVPRO took the time to talk us through each phase and helped us every step of the way. I can't imagine you would get any empathy or compassion from most companies, but we certainly got that with SERVPRO!
