Gary Sweat is our General Manager. He has many years of experience working in the restoration industry. Gary also has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry as an adjuster.

Pamela LaFosse is the General Manager of Administration at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County. Pamela oversees all areas of Administration within the company and works closely with each department to improve and streamline processes and procedures. Pamela has been with SERVPRO for over 5 years. Outside of SERVPRO, you can find her at speaking engagements or on her Podcast coaching women across the country in Business Mindset and Confidence.

Micah Cook is one of the Water Mitigation Production Manager for SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding, and Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Clayton County, SERVPRO of Decatur, SERVPRO of Norcross, and SERVPRO of Duluth. With over 10 years of experience in the restoration industry, Micah has built his career through hands-on experience, leadership, and a commitment to helping customers recover from unexpected property damage. Throughout his career, Micah has advanced from restoration technician to production manager, gaining extensive experience managing residential, commercial, and large-loss water, fire, and mold restoration projects. He specializes in emergency response, project management, crew leadership and working closely with customers, property managers, and insurance professionals to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Micah is passionate about developing strong teams through accountability, communication, and leading by example. He believes exceptional customer service and quality workmanship are the foundation of every successful restoration project.

Steve has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team since 2018 and currently serves as Commercial & Large Loss Production Manager. With nearly two decades of experience in the restoration industry, beginning in 2007, Steve brings extensive operational expertise and leadership to every project, specializing in complex commercial and large-loss restoration.

Before joining SERVPRO, Steve built a diverse career spanning both corporate logistics and restoration management. He held workforce and account management roles with major distributors, including UPS and McLane Distribution, before transitioning into restoration full time. Steve worked his way up to Mitigation Department Manager, successfully leading teams, scaling operations for multiple restoration companies, and eventually owning his own independent restoration business. His combination of hands-on field experience and strategic leadership provides customers with confidence that their project is in capable hands.

Whether responding to a large commercial loss or navigating a time-sensitive restoration project, Steve enjoys developing clear, strategic solutions that help customers move forward with confidence. Customers who work with Steve can expect honest communication, practical solutions, and expert guidance throughout the restoration process. He believes in providing straightforward recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics, giving customers the information they need to make informed decisions while delivering the highest level of professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his children, fishing, and taking advantage of every opportunity to be outdoors.

Travis Thomas is our Reconstruction Division Manager. Travis leads a team of Estimators, Project Managers and Office Staff. Travis’s focus is providing excellent customer service and quality reconstruction, in a timely manner, ultimately leading to a satisfied customer. Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife Courtney and their daughters Caroline, Emily, and Mary Georgia. Travis also enjoys spending time with friends, hunting, fishing, and watching the Georgia Bulldogs.
