As soon as we discovered the leak, I immediately called my plumber who emphatically recommended ServePro and stated, "they are the best in the business" . I called the number my plumber gave me and it happened to be the owner, Josh. Yes, he took the call from the road and had the remdiation team at my house that afternoon with vacuums, blowers and dehumitifiers. Early, the very next morning, the crew started the remediation process. This was before I even called my insurance company. SP was so well regarded, my Insurance company did not even send an adjuster but relied soley upon the ServePro estimates. The entire ServePro team worked very well together, were profesional and courtous and respected the property. The techs played a critical role - thanks to Kevin, and Jesse and Malik for their expert rebuild. Thanks also to Ashley for working with us on flooring and an extra upgrade.. A lot of cred goes to Corey and to Dillon for keeping us updated each step of the way, coordinating with in house techs and third party contractors. Called Courtney and she returned my call within a couple of hours and scheduled a pick up of 5 items that needed to be cleaned. The pickup was completed in a couple of days and my items returned within about 2 weeks. Good service, delivery person was prompt and polite.

Great service. We had flood damage and you will never know it it looks brand new. The water damage to the walls is undetectable. Floor, sheet rock, trim and painting was perfectly matched.

Jessie put our sheet rock in and did a fantastic job. He was very polite and well mannered. He cleaned up behind himself before leaving the job. I would highly recommend him and if needed I would use him again.
