We needed these guys after Hurricane Helene brought a ton of water in our home. They were fast on the job, came all the way to Augusta to service us and the crew that came in, De’Adrian and Kolandis were efficient and professional. Very happy with our experience. Also the project manager Gabe did a great job assessing and communicating. Really appreciate the team at SERVPRO.

Keri, Ashley, D, and Jordan were great handling our water damage during this storm. Everyone was polite, and genuine will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Jason has been SO helpful as we navigated filing an insurance claim and having water remediation handled. Jessie and AJ were fast and efficient at putting down our subfloor. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

When it comes to SERVPRO, the one word that comes to mind is Exceptional from the first phone call concerning of water leak their reaction time was rapid. When my husband told me don't come downstairs we have a water leak I was terrified to see the damages. But now I'm elated with the performance of this professional team. Last Thursday was one of the top 5 stressful times of my life. I had significant water damage in my home and I had no idea what to do. I called SERVPRO and they were out to do an assessment within 2 hours-or less. They also handled the insurance claim for me and let me know every step of the way what was going to happen. The customer service and communication is amazing. I don't know what I would have done without them. I can't express enough how persistent and dedicated they are to making sure they communicate with you on everything. From the beginning of the project to the end you can always get in contact with someone or they are checking in with you. The customer service is top notch!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire experience with SERVPRO installing hardwoods throughout our home. I knew SERVPRO handled insurance repairs, but until recently, I did not know they were willing to help with home restoration projects. I'm glad we found out they offer this service! Cannot recommend SERVPRO enough!! The customer service level was exceptional, great communication and made scheduling the work a breeze! Kayli was such a great help in answering my questions and explaining the process, she was extremely professional and kind and great at updating me at every stage!! Gabe was also great! The weather proved to be a challenge and he was quick to get in touch to explain the service I needed would have less accurate results due to the weather and rescheduled for better time that was still quicker than I expected! Glad to have such a great company here in Milledgeville and thankful to Kayli and Gabe for their help!
