    Joe Hrbek

    Joe is the Owner & President of SERVPRO®; of Miami Beach and SERVPRO®; of Pinecrest / East Kendall, where he plays an active, hands-on role in every aspect of the business — from production and operations to office management and marketing. Over the past seven years, Joe’s commitment to quality, fairness, and customer-first service has fueled the steady growth of the franchises.

    Known as our resident expert in restoration, Joe has personally responded to hundreds of projects, including water damage, fire and smoke losses, mold remediation, sewage backups, and biohazard cleanups. His deep knowledge is backed by multiple IICRC certifications, including:

    • WRT – Water Removal Technician
    • ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
    • AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician
    • FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
    • ECTP – SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program

  • Ismel Iglesias, team member at SERVPRO of Miami Beach

    Ismel Iglesias

    Ismel is the Co-owner and General Manager of SERVPRO®; of Miami Beach and SERVPRO®; of Pinecrest / East Kendall, bringing 14+ years of experience within the SERVPRO®; family. He oversees the day-to-day operations of five franchises, coordinating everything from routine restoration projects to large-loss events and disaster-response deployments during storm season.

    Before joining the Miami Beach and Pinecrest / East Kendall family in 2021, Ismel played a pivotal role in helping another SERVPRO®; franchise become a large-loss industry leader. His extensive expertise and hands-on leadership have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all our locations.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Ismel is also a proud father of twins since 2022, balancing his demanding role with the even greater responsibilities of family life alongside his wife, Yulia. His dedication, work ethic, and passion for helping people make him an invaluable part of the SERVPRO®; team.

  • Rafael Anazco, team member at SERVPRO of Miami Beach

    Rafael Anazco

    Rafael serves as the Office Manager at our company, where he provides strong leadership and strategic direction for the franchise operations. Acting as the key administrative contact for customers.

    He works closely with every aspect of the business, completes projects according to SERVPRO®; Franchise standards and procedures. Rafael oversees accounting & AR, hiring, onboarding, training, and managing office personnel, while also monitoring compliance, documentation, and risk management.

    In the office, he plays a vital role as the right hand to both Joe and Ismel, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency across all departments.

    Gilbert Acanda

    Gilbert is passionate about helping property owners recover quickly and efficiently after unexpected damage. As Operations Manager at SERVPRO®; of Miami Beach and SERVPRO®; of Pinecrest / East Kendall, He oversees restoration projects from initial bidding to final completion, ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget, and up to SERVPRO®;’s high standards.

    He creates accurate scopes of work, secure approvals, and coordinate teams to deliver outstanding results. As Ismel’s right hand in the production department, He focuses on maintaining high production standards, solving problems proactively, and leading our team to consistently exceed expectations.

She has gained a strong foundation in job coordination, scheduling, and documentation management, which she leverages daily to ensure our job files are accurate, organized, and fully compliant with SERVPRO®; standards.

    As our Job File Coordinator, Jessica plays a key role in supporting smooth operations by managing schedules, maintaining meticulous project records, and ensuring that all customer and insurance documentation is handled with precision and timeliness. Her dedication to excellence keeps projects on track and customers well-informed at every stage.

    Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm personality make her an invaluable part of our team and a favorite among both customers and colleagues.

As our Job File Coordinator – Office Assistant, Lucas plays a critical role in ensuring that all project scheduling, documentation, and reporting meet SERVPRO®;’s high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

    In his role, Lucas works closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal production teams to ensure that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. He manages scheduling, keeps job file records up to date, and ensures that all required documents are completed promptly and correctly. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence help maintain seamless operations and provide customers with clear, transparent communication throughout the restoration process.

Rafael, who was also my initial contact, made himself available 24 hours / day until the job was done, even though his technicians were already on it. The 1st tech Jose Almonte, who came to install all the equipment was extremely gracious and worked hard to figure out the best way to approach it. Freddy Lopez came when it was time to pick up all the equipment, and went way beyond his duties to make sure everything was left in great condition. Thank you!! I recommend this company very highly.

My air conditioning went out for a month, leading to a mold situation that left my apartment uninhabitable and destroyed many of my possessions. I highly recommend SERVPRO as the first call you make when remediating mold situations. I contacted 4 different companies and they were the most helpful by far. They came out the next business day to provide a no cost assessment and educated me about my options, what the role of an assessor is and about the particulars of my situation. By far their advice made the most sense and their rates were the lowest. Get their expert advice before you make a potentially costly mistake! Other companies were over 3x as much!
