SERVPRO of Lakeland was on the site within an hour of my call that I had water damage to my home due to a water line break. We had a bad water leak with water pouring thru the downstairs ceiling. SERVPRO showed up, immediately took control, and mitigated a lot of damage.The manager came by at least 4 times to reassess the project and damage. Jessie, Jake and Zach did an outstanding job. Jessie was there an hour after our call. Jessie set up the fans and dehumidifiers, explained everything he was doing. Originally we had hired PaulDavis but they wanted to charge us too much money so we ended up finding SERVPRO of Lakeland and could not be happier. Not only did they charge half the price but they were much more professional and helpful throughout the experience. Mike, Shawn, Jessie, and Jake were all very nice and explained everything throughout, while they did great work. Would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Lakeland to anyone.
Jessie, Robert and George were all so very helpful during such a difficult time with our grandfathers house flooding. Once called they arrived very quickly and immediately started taking photos of all of the damage and went right to work trying to stop anymore damage from being done. Because of their quick response we were able to salvage much more than we thought. They were also very helpful in communicating with our insurance adjuster as well, and stayed in constant communication with us too. Would highly recommend theirs services and cannot thank them enough!!
