SERVPRO showed up, immediately took control, and mitigated a lot of damage.The manager came by at least 4 times to reassess the project and damage. Jessie, Jake and Zach did an outstanding job. Jessie was there an hour after our call. Jessie set up the fans and dehumidifiers, explained everything he was doing. Came everyday for five days checking on the results of the water damage and added fans when necessary. We were extremely impressed and satisfied by the professionalism of the guys that were involved. Originally we had hired PaulDavis but they wanted to charge us too much money so we ended up finding SERVPRO of Lakeland and could not be happier. Not only did they charge half the price but they were much more professional and helpful throughout the experience.
