Worked with Serv Pro for 2weeks. Had very good experience, we had hot water tank leak & Serv Pro worker Kyler was great to work with. He kept us informed by phone & text when coming to our home. Kyler is very professional, prompt & tidy with the work he & his crew did for us. They had rip up flooring & dry out where water had leaked. Very pleased and will be glad to refer company to anyone who may need them. In this day & time customer service is hard to find but we received it Thanks Kyler.

I highly recommend ServPro of Lakeland! They were the ONLY restoration company (out of 4 that I contacted) that took the time to physically come to my property and evaluate the cigarette odor problem before giving an estimate. Not only did Robert take the time to explain various options, but then they worked around our (crazy) schedule to coordinate the treatment. I don't think you could find a better restoration company to work with!

Servpro of Lakeland has helped us out in so many ways throughout the years: post-hurricanes, kitchen floods from a plumbing issue, and most recently, the cleaned the grout throughout our home, and our large rugs. They did an AMAZING job for a very reasonable price and put everything back in its place like they had never even been there. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

My parent's winter home in Lakeland suffered water and mold damage when the AC unit backed up and sent lots of humid air into the home. After getting a two estimates, we chose ServPro because the price was better and includes a third-party environmental report at the end to verify the conditions are safe and healthy again. Robert and his team communicated clearly with us and coordinated well with our local representative (we're in Maryland). They also took a lot of pictures for us that we can use with our insurance claim. When the initial post-remediation test still showed some issues, they came back in to complete additional work at no additional cost. The second test passed and we were provided with all the photos and reports. Working through a process you don't understand, with people you don't know, and when you can't be onsite... is nerve wracking to say the least. ServPro of Lakeland made it comfortable and trustworthy.

We had to have remediation due to a dishwasher leak. We had a few companies look at the job and give us estimates, and we spoke with friends. The feedback we got on SERVPRO was positive, so we contacted them. Robert Lay came out to see the job. We liked his attitude, plus their estimate was the most reasonable. Shawn and the team started the work on February 17th in the afternoon. They moved out our furniture and set up the plastic sheeting. The following day, they demolished the kitchen cabinets, removed the living room carpet, took down the lower half of the dividing wall between the two rooms, and installed several air scrubbers. Everything was thoroughly wiped down over the next few days, and they checked in daily to ensure the machines were functioning properly. On the 26th, the hygienist came out to retest, and Shawn came to meet with him, which he was not required to do. The next day, we learned we had passed with flying colors! The job lasted 10 days and was painless (aside from the sound of the scrubbers which couldn't be helped!), thanks to the SERVPRO team who were thorough, responsible, friendly, and helpful! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

So happy with our tile cleaning service from ServPro! Between the kids and the dogs, I never thought we would see the original grout color. I tried everything, every cleaner, every machine imaginable and nothing worked on the grout. ServPro saved the day and within a few hours my floors looked brand new!! Thank you ServPro
