Servpro provides outstanding service. First Tim Jones responded to my call for help very fast. Frankly, I couldn’t believe how quickly he responded. Same day! He was professional and friendly. I was most impressed by his thoroughness and providing me with all the information I needed (options) for solving high moisture levels in the concrete. Then, Justin (J.D.) and Ramon put everything in place to prep the rooms and dry them. Their courteousness, consciousness, and professionalism were outstanding. Finally, Armani came in and, just like the previous men, he was professional, friendly, careful with handling items, cleaned everything up, sealed the concrete and now the rooms are ready for some new flooring! The cost was fair and Rachel and Alerika both helped me with the payment (Alerika is out of a different office than PSL). The circumstances that brought ServicePro to our home were certainly not desirable, but Victor and his crew made a very stressful situation much easier.
