The project manager, Steve Rone, Was very responsive and thorough and I enjoyed working with him. The Water mitigation, and flooring project has turned out very well. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. My only complaint is that I think this project should have taken a shorter amount of time. There were some days when no one showed up.
Servpro provides outstanding service. First Tim Jones responded to my call for help very fast. Frankly, I couldn’t believe how quickly he responded. Same day! He was professional and friendly. I was most impressed by his thoroughness and providing me with all the information I needed (options) for solving high moisture levels in the concrete. Then, Justin (J.D.) and Ramon put everything in place to prep the rooms and dry them. Their courteousness, consciousness, and professionalism were outstanding. Finally, Armani came in and, just like the previous men, he was professional, friendly, careful with handling items, cleaned everything up, sealed the concrete and now the rooms are ready for some new flooring! The cost was fair and Rachel and Alerika both helped me with the payment (Alerika is out of a different office than PSL). ServPro must have a terrific executive leadership team that fosters an environment in which all these folks take pride in delivering stellar service. Thank you!!!!
The circumstances that brought ServicePro to our home were certainly not desirable, but Victor and his crew made a very stressful situation much easier. They did an amazing job throughout the restoration process. They were professional, thorough, responsive, and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way. I truly appreciated how quickly they were able to get started and the care they took with our home. I would absolutely recommend Victor and his team.
