They're also experts in mold and mildew remediation for businesses and homes in the Fort Lauderdale areas.

Beyond our professional expertise, Mike's family is an integral part of the South Florida community. His wife, April, and their three children actively engage in local school activities and youth sports programs, fostering strong connections with their neighbors and friends.

Owner/VP of Marketing - April, a proud alumna of the University of Miami and a devoted member of the Miami Hurricanes alumni community, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team at SERVPRO^®;.

Her journey in the professional world began with Comcast Cable in Fort Lauderdale, where she honed her skills and laid the foundation for her career. April's career path led her to the bustling streets of New York City, where she harnessed her Sales and Marketing talents at National Cable Communications (NCC). There, she specialized in crafting customized advertising campaigns for major cable television providers, leaving a mark in the industry.

In 2005, April returned to her Florida roots, accepting a pivotal role with Comcast Cable in West Palm Beach. Her responsibilities spanned a wide spectrum, including election-related sales and coordination with national and regional advertising agencies across the nation. This experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and strategic partnerships.

Today, April, alongside our dedicated SERVPRO team, stands ready to serve our South Florida community 24/7, 365 days a year. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping others recover from water, fire, and storm damage, April embodies the core values that define our mission at SERVPRO.

Owner/President - Josh Marazzito is one of the owners here at SERVPRO and a key part of what makes our franchise run strong. While he tends to keep a low profile, Josh plays an essential role behind the scenes, overseeing business operations, supporting the team, and helping to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

He brings a steady, thoughtful approach to leadership, and is deeply committed to creating a work environment where people feel supported and equipped to do great work. His behind-the-scenes efforts help ensure that our crews can show up ready to respond when it matters most.

Josh is proud to be part of a locally owned and operated business that helps people recover from unexpected damage. And even more proud of the team who shows up every day to make that possible.

VP of Operations - Frank ensures annual divisional initiatives that align with company initiatives are completed. He guides a quality team of properly trained employees to produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO^®; franchise procedures and processes. He also supervises, monitors, and communicates with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.

I have been in the restoration industry for the past 20 years, where I have learned an extensive amount about water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction services. Over time, I made it a point to also develop my leadership skills, because I knew that SERVPRO was a company I wanted to grow with. Shortly after the start of my tenure, I was promoted to Crew Chief, then Production Manager, which also encompassed the role of Operations Manager, and now the General Manager. Through the hard work and dedication of the SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale team, the operation went from one single area to expanding to nine locations across the state! We took on many new tasks and challenges over the past few years to become the best restoration company in Florida. We pride ourselves on honesty, loyalty and customer service, which has made us the largest SERVPRO branch in South Florida. The amount of skills and opportunities that this company has given me has changed my life, as well as the people I have led. I have developed relationships with local clients, grown managers, implemented new policies, and continued to put our customers first. My role here continues to grow, and I am more driven than ever to help people recover from unexpected disasters.

Carolina keeps our internal systems running smoothly and our team is supported behind the scenes. As Vice President of Admin Operations, she oversees the administrative side of the business, from process development and training to compliance and team coordination.

With a strong background in leadership and organization, Carolina helps create the structure that allows our team to work efficiently and effectively. She’s deeply involved in streamlining workflows, solving problems, and making sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

Carolina brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work and plays a big role in shaping the culture and stability of our franchise.

Serving as the Director of Construction Operations for SERVPRO of Fort Pierce NE, Dan Coen is instrumental in the recovery of properties across Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, and the surrounding St. Lucie and Indian River County areas. He expertly manages the reconstruction phase of restoration projects, ensuring that homes and businesses are rebuilt to pre-damage conditions with precision and care. Dan’s leadership ensures smooth project execution.

Dan's extensive experience is particularly valuable in addressing the unique challenges faced by the Treasure Coast, such as hurricane-related damage, persistent humidity, and coastal flooding. His dedication to restoring community infrastructure and individual properties in Fort Pierce NE helps residents and business owners confidently rebuild and recover after any disaster, big or small.

At SERVPRO of Fort Pierce NE, Stephanie George leads as the Director of Construction Administration, overseeing all reconstruction efforts for properties in Fort Pierce, White City, and the surrounding St. Lucie County areas. Her role is critical in bridging the gap between initial damage mitigation and the final restoration, ensuring a smooth and efficient rebuilding process for residential and commercial clients alike. Stephanie's organizational skills are a cornerstone of their success.

Her specialized knowledge is particularly valuable in a coastal community often impacted by hurricanes and heavy rainfall. Stephanie ensures that reconstruction projects are not only completed to the highest standards but also designed to withstand future weather challenges, protecting homes and businesses in Fort Pierce. She is deeply committed to helping the Fort Pierce NE community recover and thrive after any disaster.

General Manager - Meet Tim Jones, our accomplished General Manager at SERVPRO^®; of Fort Pierce. Tim's journey with SERVPRO began six years ago when he made a life-changing decision to learn a new trade. Starting as a Field Technician, Tim's dedication and rapid growth within the company are truly remarkable.

His ascent through the ranks is a testament to his commitment and leadership skills. Tim progressed from a Field Technician to a Crew Chief and then to the role of Production Manager. Today, he holds the position of General Manager in Fort Pierce, where he oversees 2 thriving franchises in the area.

Tim's previous background in restaurant management has endowed him with essential leadership qualities and a strong focus on customer service excellence. His ability to serve people and provide the highest level of customer care has greatly contributed to making the customer experience at SERVPRO exceptional.

Tim finds deep satisfaction in providing restoration services to those who have endured disasters, such as hurricanes, and helping bring their properties back to pre-loss conditions. His journey with SERVPRO has been marked by continuous learning, endless opportunities, and a profound sense of fulfillment in assisting those in need.

At SERVPRO of Fort Pierce NE, Jake Wilson excels as our National Commercial Account Manager, dedicated to supporting the commercial backbone of our community. He works tirelessly to develop robust restoration strategies for businesses, preparing them for and assisting them through crises. Whether it's extensive water damage, the aftermath of fire damage, or critical storm damage recovery, Jake ensures a seamless commercial restoration process. His commitment to minimizing business interruption and fostering resilience is a cornerstone of the exceptional service provided to Fort Pierce NE businesses.

Nick helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As Operations Manager, he oversees the day-to-day flow of jobs, teams, and resources, making sure each part of the process is working efficiently and staying on track.

Nick works closely with every department, helping to coordinate logistics, support field crews, and remove roadblocks so the team can focus on doing what they do best. He brings a problem-solving mindset and a steady presence to the role, always looking for ways to improve systems and support both the team and our customers.

Erika connects our team with the people and organizations we serve. As Business Development Specialist, she focuses on building relationships, creating partnerships, and finding ways our team can support the community before, during, and after disaster strikes.

With 25 years of experience in insurance claims handling, Erika brings a deep understanding of the restoration process from the customer’s perspective. She uses that knowledge to help bridge the gap between clients, insurance carriers, and our team, ensuring projects move smoothly from start to finish.

In addition to her insurance expertise, Erika supports marketing coordination efforts, working closely with our operations team to keep our services top of mind in the community. Her people-first mindset and passion for service make her a trusted resource for both customers and partners.

As Regional Account Manager, Business Development, Amy Johnson leads SERVPRO’s efforts to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service across multiple markets. With a deep understanding of restoration, customer care, and community partnerships, Amy plays a key role in helping businesses prepare for and recover from unexpected property damage.

Amy works closely with local account managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients to ensure seamless communication and reliable support.
