I am very grateful that we called SERVPRO of Downtown and North Pensacola to respond to our family crisis! The house was flooded with water everywhere and we were all overwhelmed. Trevor and Austin arrived and immediately went to work to stop the issue and began mitigating the terrible situation. I can tell you that they took the time to explain everything and the options for moving forward. I know that they had numerous crises happening with other folks but you could not tell it. Trevor particularly acted like we were his only customer and like it was happening in his own house. That really made such a huge difference through the entire flooding event. I can also tell you the mitigation took a little over 2 weeks and that another entity applied pressure to do the project another way, but Trevor and others on his team like Tony knew it would cause great harm to us later by cutting corners. If it had not been for SERVPRO of Downtown and North Pensacola we would have been in a much worse situation than the terrible crisis we already faced, because it would have caused harm to us in the future. I need to say again that I am extremely grateful for this team and their care in walking us through a terrible event. We were treated like you would be in a close family.
