    Daniel Myers

    Daniel Myers is the General Manager for SERVPRO of North Pensacola, and has been with this team since April of 2016. Daniel started his career in the SERVPRO system in 2005, working through both residential and commercial projects of all shapes and sizes, and gaining a multitude of experience in the Clean Up and Restoration Industry. Daniel holds numerous certifications from NADCA, OSHA, and the IICRC, including a Triple-Master Certification. Prior to joining the SERVPRO team, Daniel worked in a variety of industries, and focused on his musical training and education. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys "anything on the water or in the woods," traveling, and music.

    Brent Walker

    "Chef" Walker joined the SERVPRO of North Pensacola team in January of 2019 as a Production Technician, and has worked his way up to becoming a Production Manager. Brent has extensive training in Xactimate, water restoration, fire restoration, and holds multiple certifications, including WRT, ASD, and CCT, from the IICRC. When he is not working, Brent enjoys woodworking, watersports, listening to music, and working on cars.

    Crystal Arnold

    Crystal is the Regional Office Manager for team Carter, serving SERVPRO of North Pensacola, SERVPRO of Bay County, and SERVPRO of Albany. Crystal joined the SERVPRO team in June of 2013, holds a Water Restoration Technician certification from the IICRC, and is also trained in Time & Materials Billing. Before coming to SERVPRO, Crystal gained experience in a variety of industries, including owning her own custom stone business, administrative work, and banking. Crystal says that she enjoys working for SERVPRO, because she likes working for a company that helps people in a time of need to restore their biggest investments: their homes and lives. When she is not working, Crystal enjoys being outdoors, cooking, volunteer work, travel, home renovations, and learning new things.

    Meet Stephen!

    He is a restortaion technician with a background in flooring and tile work, as well as various home improvement skillsets. When he is not working, he is hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters. With ages spanning from 2 to 14 years old, he is well versed in keeping “customers” happy in the home. His bucket list includes catching a halibut in Alaska and his favorite quote is “You can expect what you don’t inspect.” We are lucky to have Stephen on our crew!

    Jose Espana

    Jose is a Contents Specialist on our team, and he has been in the restoration industry for over a year! He also has extensive experience in ceramic coating and car detailing, so he likes to improve important items and restore valued possessions. That’s why he is a huge asset to our team.

    Originally from Venezuela, he has one sister and one brother as well. If he is not working, he is traveling or gaming. We are so lucky have his energy on this team.

    Meet Anyer!

    She is our Contents Manager with over 22 years of restoration experience! She has been with our crew for almost year and she hold certifications in FRST, OCT, CPT and TCST as well. In her free time she SERVS organizations like the Hope & Atlantic Children’s Hospital.

    She is originally from Puerto Rico, so she loves to travel ongoing today. With 3 children, she enjoys cooking and gardening as well.

    She is a huge asset to our crew!

I came home from work to a leak in the attic draining water down into the walls and my AC closet. I bought this house (first time homeowner) less than a week ago, so to say this was stressful and extremely upsetting is an understatement. I had no clue what to do or who to call. I ended up finding ServPro and called their emergency line, and Trevor handled everything from there. He gave me step by step instructions, let me know multiple times that he’s here to make this as easy as possible for me, and kept my best interest in mind the entire time! I am very grateful that we called SERVPRO of Downtown and North Pensacola to respond to our family crisis! The house was flooded with water everywhere and we were all overwhelmed. Trevor and Austin arrived and immediately went to work to stop the issue and began mitigating the terrible situation. I can tell you that they took the time to explain everything and the options for moving forward. I know that they had numerous crises happening with other folks but you could not tell it. Trevor particularly acted like we were his only customer and like it was happening in his own house. That really made such a huge difference through the entire flooding event. I can also tell you the mitigation took a little over 2 weeks and that another entity applied pressure to do the project another way, but Trevor and others on his team like Tony knew it would cause great harm to us later by cutting corners. If it had not been for SERVPRO of Downtown and North Pensacola we would have been in a much worse situation than the terrible crisis we already faced, because it would have caused harm to us in the future. I need to say again that I am extremely grateful for this team and their care in walking us through a terrible event. We were treated like you would be in a close family.
