The Best PEOPLE & COMPANY we dealt with throughout our ordeal. Came home on 1/5/2021 after visiting our grandchildren in VA for the Holiday, to a house with soaking wet carpets and mold growing up the walls. We went to a local hotel for the night and called SERVPRO the next morning. They were there within an hour to see our issue. David called in reinforcements and they packed up and removed at least 85% of our items by the end of the day. They also started drying out the floors & walls. They returned the next day to finish getting the rest of our belongings. They also ripped up & removed the carpets. They left the dryers in the house & checked on them for 8 or 9 days. They took all of our belongings to a storage area of theirs. It took 14 months during Covid times to finally finish redoing the entire house. For which SERVPRO kept our belongings the entire time. During that time frame they also had an employee helping us go through our belongings to clean out mold infested items that couldn’t be safely cleaned of the mold, due to my mold allergy & asthma. When it was time to get our belongings back, we learned St. John’s homeowners insurance company went belly up and wouldn’t be paying the storage bill. The owner agreed to us paying a portion of the cost and he would consider the debt paid in full. We showed up with a UHaul truck to retrieve our belongings and take them to VA. The SERVPRO team loaded everything into the truck. EVERY employee was considerate & respectful in every encounter we had with them. Even after we were done doing business with them, they still continued to be helpful, respectful, & considerate. Our entire UHaul truck was stolen and completely cleaned out in Fayetteville, NC on our way to VA. SERVPRO assisted us with whatever pictures they had of our stolen belongings. Can’t say enough about how amazing this company was to work with. We had a leak into our downstairs ceiling from our second floor bathroom, found only a few hours before we were leaving on vacation with family. We called numerous other plumbers and remediation companies and not many were willing to come out to look at it before we left. We got in contact with serve pro and they were out within an hour or so. They made us feel extremely comfortable, they were extremely knowledgeable, and honest in their assessment. Another company in the same space tried to sell us on work we didn’t need. Thanks to serve pro we were able to still go on a great vacation, they left us with no worries while traveling. They were efficient and all the work was done by the time we returned home from vacation, it was like it never happened!

Your head “tech” Roland was extremely considerate and respectful considering the duress I was in. Condo flooded as a result of a neighbors broken waterline. SERVPRO to the rescue! Having a home in the past with toxic mold, I understand the importance of quick action to avoid mold and permanent water damage. Louis and Ben arrived and wasted no time removing baseboards, making drywall circulation holes, setting up the fans, dehumidifiers and drying equipment! They saved the day! Did the daily checks, moved the equipment daily where needed and we were completely dried out in 5 days. Louis and Ben were professional, courteous and did the work like the condo was their own home. 5+ stars

This is the second time I’ve used SERVPRO. I called them in 2019 and now in 2025. My first call that I made with my flood damage was SERVPRO and then my homeowners insurance. The Remediator’s were professional, clean with remediation, nice, kept me informed, and thoroughly understood that this was a very emotional time. The office staff provided updates. Kept me informed of visit times and arranged when I needed a different time. SERVPRO is established with my insurance company. While I never want to need them again, SERVPRO will always be my first call.
Had a water problem from a backed up septic system. The insurance company sent SERVPRO of Central Brevard to access the damage. SERVPRO was recommended because of their honesty. Ben and Louis showed up from the company and accessed the situation. These two guys were very respectful of the office and very careful moving pictures off the wall and rolling up the area rug. Ben and Louis are the most professional work guys I ever met. I recommended using SERVPRO and using Ben and Louis. Can't say enough about the pro's.
What a pleasure to have SERVPRO remove mold from behind a garage refrigerator! The inspector came one day, two days later the removal was done and the next day the new drywall was put in!
