It just happened to me and in five days, William Chesrnut and his co worker, William, had everything gross out of my home, sprayed and wiped and sanitized,all ready for their crew to come and replace walls, floors, cabinet, carpet. In those five days I went from being petrified and nervous to my calm and serene self. That didn’t happen only because of the work they did, but because they came everyday to check on things, always telling me what was going on, what was going to happen, and how it all worked. SERVPRO responded immediately to our problem and the rep who came to the house was great. Petey explained everything to us, he was very patient with me and all my questions. I highly recommend SERVPRO and the team that worked in our house.
We had major leaks in our copper pipes and mold and mildew everywhere. SERVPRO had to do mitigation which was extensive. Our master bath was ripped out as mold was embedded. Reconstruction took time, but was done beautifully. SERVPRO people were kind, helpful and they went out of their way to help us.
First and foremost, I wanted to say thank you to Josh and the SERVPRO of Central Brevard team for doing a great job at my house. The quick, efficient, and friendly service is much appreciated and saved the house from more damage.
In May of 2018 we had a major water pipe break above a training room, in addition some other areas were affected by the water. SERVPRO arrrived within 1 hour of the initial call and acted professional and with a sense of urgency. They remained on sight with all of the proper equipment (dehumidifier/and fans) and did a complete and professional remediation. We have since made plans to use our local SERVPRO franchise for any remediation work needed.
