I work at an office complex and recently, one of the units was being renovated and one of the pipes burst, flooding several units. The south Orlando unit responded to this huge undertaking. I had to arrange a big clean-up job from across the country. After some online and word-of-mouth research, I went with SERVPRO of Altamonte/Longwood. Linda (Manager) and Dan (Production Manager) were excellent to work with, very hard-working and trustworthy. They were both on the ball with returning calls, texts, and emails; giving estimates; explaining protocol and procedures; making realistic time estimates (e.g., no false promises) and keeping me and my family informed and taken care of at every step. Dan even went to the house prior to making an estimate to take photographs, and then he emailed them to me so I would have an idea of the extent of what needed to be done. On cleaning day, the crew arrived on time, stayed all day and did a fantastic job, cleaning and deodorizing, removing carpet and other items, and locking up. Dan was in touch with me afterwards to let me know how everything went and sent follow-up photos. I honestly could not recommend a company more highly, especially given the fact that I could not be present to oversee the job in person.
