Jose and Carlos were the idealism of customer service. I was at a doctor's appointment when they arrived at my apartment. I explained i was about 15-20 minutes away and wasn't aware they were coming. They politely replied " We can wait for you, we will clean the apartment so you can have your life restored " I was so overwhelmed.. you don't see customer service like this anymore...
