SERVPRO of Middletown / New Britain is an IICRC Certified Firm. The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a non-profit organization that sets the standards, develops the protocols, and certifies companies and technicians in property damage restoration in conjunction with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).  Our Certified Firm status requires that we hold the necessary individual certifications and follow the IICRC's ethical standards in performing property damage restoration.
