About Us
At SERVPRO of Middletown / New Britain, we understand the many home and business owners throughout Connecticut that depend on our fast response and experience under pressure to return their property to its original condition. With so many threats from water, fire, mold, storms, floods, biohazards, and other situations common to our region, we need a diverse and educated team to handle every facet of restoration and recovery that our customers might need.
While the area is rich in American history, these days the Middletown/New Britain area is still home to Wesleyan University, Capitol Lunch, Martin Rosol’s Homemade Meats, New Britain Stadium and the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce (which is the largest Chamber in the United States). Even with these attractions and historic properties, the greatest draw to our area is the people here. As a locally owned and operated restoration team, the same communities we work so quickly to help when disaster strikes are the ones that we share with our customers.

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a non-profit organization that sets the standards, develops the protocols, and certifies companies and technicians in property damage restoration in conjunction with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Our Certified Firm status requires that we hold the necessary individual certifications and follow the IICRC's ethical standards in performing property damage restoration.

My basement was flooded due to a crack in the furnace cast iron tank. ServPro arrived quickly & from the start the team was courteous, empathetic & showed extreme patience as my husband & me sorted thru cherished possessions. Delshaun, George & Maktial were outstanding & diligent in quickly placing the fans & dehumidifiers. When they returned their teamwork & speed in removing our ruined possessions was outstanding & efficient. I have many photos but cannot get them uploaded, but the before & after pictures are amazing.
The team did an amazing job from start to finish! Everyone was very kind and courteous, would definitely recommend them for clean up!
