Once the area was dry, they even sent a gentleman to clean the carpet that was affected. Once all was returned to new, they worked directly with the insurance company for payment. The owner of the company paid a personal visit to my fathers home to ensure all was taken care of. I highly recommend this company if you are unfortunate enough to have an issue.
