I called because I had found mold in our bathroom after pulling up some flooring. I tried to mediate it on my own, but bought a DIY testing kit that showed I still had mold. John from SERVPRO came out. Scheduling was quick. He arrived on time. After inspecting the place, he was honest and said their services weren't needed. He provided me with some helpful tips to clean the spores on my own, caused by me pulling up the floor. I was relieved with his honesty. When I asked him what I owed for his service call, he turned me down. I'm a realtor and will definitely recommend this company to my clients when they need mold inpection and mitigation services.

The staff at SERVPRO were really good! I called about water damage that started under my kitchen sink and went through the floor and into my basement living area and laundry room. I live in Northglenn, CO and when they showed up in less than an hour I was surprised. I know they are stationed in Brighton so wasn’t expecting them so fast. When they showed up they had me show them around and asked me a bunch of questions. They moved everything out of my kitchen and dried the cabinets and floors. They also moved my furniture out of the basement and laundry room. What impressed me most was the care they took with my stuff! I wanted to help at first so nothing got damaged or nicked but after a few minutes I realized they were VERY careful to handle things without tearing it up. They did put a bunch of equipment in my house and it got a little loud. Not only did they get it all dried but they moved all my stuff back too. They saved my carpet downstairs and worked with my insurance to make the process pretty easy. They came back a few times to check to see if it was dry. They called me before coming so I could leave work to meet them there. I got my carpets cleaned and they offered me a discount on duct cleaning too. Johnny and Brian always let me know what was going on and treated my family and property with respect. The Thornton / Brighton SERVPRO is very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

They truly saved us! We had a pipe break under our sink and SERVPRO made the whole process of getting it fixed as stress free as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely call them again if another situation arises!
During the extremely cold weather, we had an unfinished bathroom back up with extensive water damage that needed extremely quick remediation. They were able to prioritize us even though it was extremely busy and address our problem. We were extremely grateful!
