He is thorough and focuses on all the details of the job. It is evident that he brings a variety of skills to the job both in the remediation part of the job as well as the demo and reconstruction phase of the job.
Giuseppe is a leader. He manages groups of workers with ease and efficiency. He organizes time efficiently and assists his teams in completing the tasks well. It is apparent that he has high standards and expectations.
Communication is also a strength for Giuseppe. Every day when we arrived on site, he would take us around the house and give us a verbal briefing of the progress and next steps. If we were not able to be on site, he would give us an update in writing.
