Had a strange musty smell coming from my 1st floor. Turned out to be sewage backed up in the crawl space. I have a large 1900+ basement/1st floor with only a 1 foot crawlspace. The damaged section of the basement encapsulation membrane was also removed with zero residue left behind. They also brought in air scrubbers and high end air drying machines for the crawl space.
