Trent and Leo were outstanding with their service. My home had a freak accident where the fridge water line started spouting water when our family was away on vacation for about 6 days. The entire first floor was flooded and the carpet + walls were soaked. Trent and Leo came and handled the situation immediately upon my calling them. They came in and set up industrial fans and assessed the damage. They were stellar with their communication, and they let me know about how the project was going and what they expected to happen with my home, based off their experience. I am so glad they made this nightmare scenario that much easier to handle. The last thing you want is to get "help" that makes things harder on you in an already-difficult scenario. I am certainly endorsing ServPro.
Servpro was very fast and the craftsmen that worked on my house are excellent. They were Freddy & Eric & Jhon Gonzales if you are fortunate to get them you place will be better then new. These craftsmen were very professional and considerate to the homeowner want and needs.
Eric Gonzalez was fantastic to work with and helped install a new carpet at my condo. The carpet looks great!
