SERVPRO maintained a constant line of communication over the last three months. They provided regular feedback and met with our personnel on a daily a basis. They were very up front in discussing what equipment they were utilizing and ensured that equipment used removed and/or relocated as soon as possible.
We had the distinct good fortune of working with Giuseppe Berardi when we experienced a catastrophic water leak at our property. This was an event that we had never experienced in our lives.
