We unexpectedly discovered a sewer backup in our basement and called our insurance company immediately and asked who they would recommend for cleanup. They suggested SERVPRO. We called right away and they appeared within an hour and went to work immediately removing soaked carpet and put in huge fans to start the drying process.They monitored the drying process and kept the fans going for several days until everything was dry, then they cleaned and sanitized everything. Their promptness was especially important to get wet stuff ut and start the drying process before mold could start growing.
