As a contractor for a different branch in Iowa, I called them to assist with getting my father’s apartment cleaned after his passing and the compassion, understanding, and professionalism was unmatched, as I have come to expect from this company. Zach helped me to understand all paperwork and everyone from the receptionist to the laborers were fantastic and made a difficult situation that much easier.

Brad and his team at SERVPRO East were wonderful to work with when we had a water damage that went through three levels of our home. He and his team were thorough, polite, and professional and explained every step along the way. They made a bad day so much better!

They arrived within two hours of the incident and quickly demoed the damaged areas. They were very efficient and were respectful of our property giving attention to cleanup details.
