After discovering water damage in our basement caused by a concealed plumbing leak, we contacted SERVPRO for mitigation services. Jordi also asked whether we wanted the containment barriers removed or left in place for the reconstruction crew. We chose to leave them in place, and I appreciated being given that option. Reconstruction has not yet begun, but based on our experience with the completed mitigation phase, we are very satisfied with the service we have received. The team communicated well, protected our home while working, and treated us and our property with care. We look forward to continuing the process with SERVPRO.
