Servpro was very prompt when I had a flood in a basement bedroom. The got it cleaned up and dried in just a few days. Jesus with the cleanup crew was very cooperative and Alex Favio with the moving crew put the room back promptly.
Servepro came out within 4 hours of being called to our flooded house which was an incredible relief. Demolition and mold mitigation was finished within a couple of days. And despite a little bit of a rocky start with the demo team, Dominic, the manager I worked with closely during this process, listened intently to my concerns, worked hard to address and fix any issues, personally came out to oversee the project and left me feeling really confident and heard. I would recommend this company and am grateful they were there to support us through this unexpected situation!

Follow-up: received an immediate response after I contacted corporate. They are working hard to make things right and make sure the lines of communication are re-established What could have been a 5 star review has turned into a 1-star situation. Originally, Servpro was a top-notch service. They were prompt and thorough with their original response to our flooded basement. The employees were polite and conscientious with our belongings. Now that we are months into this process, I have contacted them MULTIPLE times via different avenues to try to get some, if not all our belongings back without any response.
