My water heater bursts on last Friday. The plumber was not able to get to my house until the following Monday. We called SERVPRO because the water had leaked into the laundry room, bedroom carpet, and stained the drywall. SERVPRO came in and extracted the water and cleaned up the water damage!

I could not be happier with the technician who came out, explained the process thoroughly, and completed the job.

I had a flood at my house in the middle of the night due to my toilet overflowing. I called SERVPRO of Ventura and they came to my house within an hour. They extracted the standing water put some equipment in place. The technicians were great, they answered all my questions. Great customer service. They dried out the rooms in 3 days!

They were very responsive and very pragmatic in how they went about pricing and doing the job. Other bids I received were loaded to the hilt and would have cost 4 times what was appropriate for the perceived damage. It turned out I only needed preventive measures that were common sense that the layman would understand.. There crew was always on-time, knowledgeable and thorough and did not try to sell excess procedures. They also do not do reconstruction and avoid a conflict of interest.

Very professional! They take the fear out of water damage and mold. When our 2 year old son poured copious amounts of water onto our bathroom floor - resulting in water out into the hall, under the carpet the tile and down the walls to the first floor - they were able to come out the same day, accurately assess the extent of the damage and start drying it out.

I'll be giving 5 stars for SERVPRO because they are very trustworthy and can really deliver good results. Highly recomended if you are from California and looking for cleaning services! Great customer service too!

SERVPRO is a great company! my house burned down a few months ago SERVPRO were the only ones that were able to help me throughout the restoration process. My situation was devastating. We lost everything in the fire. SERVPRO helped us restore what we thought was lost! they got rid of all the hazardous odors that were left inside the house. I will personally like to Thank Christina she was great, she was always there to answer the phone when I had a question. Again Thank you SERVPRO of Ventura. 

Our home was in the burn zone of the Woolsey fire and right next to the fire line. We had smoke, ash and soot damage. Our home smelled terrible. I knew exactly who to call. I called Omar. He did work for us in the past for water damage and did an excellent job. He was able to fit us in immediately for an estimate due to fire damage. Omar came out with his SERVPRO cleaning team lead by Angie. Omar, Angie and their team did an extraordinary job of cleaning up the fire damage. Our home smells so nice and clean and literally "like it never happened." 
I haven't met a harder working team of people. They knew exactly what to do and were so thoughtful in doing it. Everyone on their team was fantastic. 
The office team is excellent as well. Hilda and Christina were so helpful with any questions I had.
