A shower arm broke off INSIDE the wall of our bathroom. Woke up to flooding as well as mold from a long slow leak over many years. Drywall was saturated. ServPro of Ventura was out here the same day we called. It took 5 days, but they mitigated the mold, shored up the studs, hung new drywall and repainted everything. Arturo was the guy in charge and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Luis did all the heavy lifting with mold treatment, new studs, drywall, and fresh paint. He was superb. We couldn’t be happier.
The workers were very skilled and did a great job turning our flood damaged dining room into looking brand new. They and their supervisor, Arturo, were also very friendly and patient which made a stressful situation much easier to get through. Thank you ServPro!
