ServPro of Torrance is fantastic! We were displaced due to the Eaton Fire and our house had quite a bit of smoke damage. The ServPro team came in and cleaned our house from top to bottom. They spent over a week cleaning every surface of our house and our belongings. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Ricki, our head service tech, and Sabrina, our coordinator, were great! They explained everything and walked us through all the steps involved in the restoration. They never lost patience with us or our constant questions. They made an extremely stressful and overwhelming situation a bit more bearable. We put our house in their hands and they took care of everything, including coordinating attic insulation removal and replacement, and most importantly, dealing with our insurance adjuster! My parents had a fire in the garage due to a candle that burned into flames November of 2024 and Servpro got started right away! I was contacted by several reps from their team to start the process. They immediately started the work and were very prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was kept in the loop at all times and that built confidence as we were facing a major overhaul we had not seen before.
