I had to make an unfortunate call to SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley due to a family member passing away and found in their home. I was recommended to this specific SERVPRO from the corners office.  I called and spoke with Leticia, she was very kind, compassionate, answered all my questions and even helped guide me on how to inquire with insurance.  The other places I called were so invasive and unsympathetic and treated me as another call.  
Leticia was very patient with all my questions and even followed up with me. Now that's customer service and had to share. Thank you.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley. A friend of mine recommended them after we discovered a leak from the toilet and it has been a pleasure working with them. Liron is great and really kept reassuring me things would work out and they did. Rick was great, kept in constant contact with me, letting me know when things were happening and what the next steps were. I LOVE our bathroom, they all did a fantastic job.

I can't rave enough about the service Liron provided to me even before she came out here.  It simply doesn't get better than this.  I learned so much about some not-too-pretty little problems that my dwelling was having.  I really wasn't feeling good about the situation at all, but she took all the time it took to explain everything to me so that we could get to the bottom of it and start moving toward a solution.  She also provided me with referrals to the other professionals who were able to help me as well.  So much kindness, patience, thoroughness, and knowledge.  When I went to others, I ended up getting misinformation.  She working with me to clear up these misunderstandings, even though they were caused by her competitors.  I cannot recommend her service enough- just a paragon of professionalism and helpfulness.

The Sorrento Valley branch of SERVPRO has been our HOA Management company's "go to" for years for remediation and temporary relocation of residents and their personal items. They are responsive, communicative, and perform quality work and excellent service to our HOA communities, residents, and HOA Managers. The owner has a strong team of dedicated staff who are attentive to the needs of our residents. They're a trusted industry partner that shares our core value of providing great customer service. SERVPRO assists me for all my property management needs.  I have over 20 properties and they are my "go-to" for remediation and temporary relocation of residents' personal items.  Liron is wonderful!  She is so responsive and keeps me updated on projects they are working on.  Thanksgiving day we had a flood and they were out within an hour with sand bags and saving the day as my manager was overwhelmed with the rain and flooding.  They are quick to supply a bid, perform the work and provide excellent service to my manager, resident and myself.  Jim the owner cares!  He has a strong team of dedicated and passionate employees.  This is the only SERVPRO branch I recommend.  I have been working with them for years and will continue the partnership!  Thanks for ALL you do Liron, Jim and TEAM!
