Manny Orozoo and others at this ServPro location and associated with this mitigation has been fabulous to work with. The water leakage and the whole mitigation process has been quite overwhelming, and everyone's calmness and explanation of the process has been very much appreciated. There's still a lot to be done (we've only just completed Phase 1), so I won't be checking off below the services I have not (yet) used. The company is working with my insurance regarding payment.

After the flood ,it looked like a complete disaster, but the Servpro team did an outstanding job. Valente, Hector, and Carlos were professional, courteous, and worked hard from start to finish.
