SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley / University City

Response to repair work done on condo due to water damage by Servo of Sorrento Valley. The final repair work was well done by their schedule workers. They did their work in a professional manner and kept the work areas clean as possible. Project Manager Xochitl Mrecardo did her best to keep us informed of the project status. I really appreciated her effort.

Oscar was terrific. Friendly, professional, communicative. He came up to our home in RB to replace the ceiling in our bathroom, after it was damaged due to a leaking roof. Oscar was the best!

Simply the best! Fortunately my insurance carrier selected SERVPRO in Orange County following a $100,000 water intrusion claim. From the beginning, the SERVPRO team was efficient, thorough, and supportive. As the work processes, they continue to be an outstanding company I recommend with confidence and gratitude.

Gilbert & Johnathan arrived as scheduled and were very quick and courteous. They did a professional job and left the affected area clean.

Nothing but praise for Valente Hernandez and his crew. He kept in communication and thoroughly answered our questions. He treated our concerns with respect and understanding. The drying and demolition were expertly done under his supervision. If Valente is representative of ServPro, it is an excellent company to work with. We highly recommend ServPro.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Gilbert Aguilar for the excellent moisture inspection at my property on 1OCT2026. Your professionalism and thorough approach were impressive. The details you provided was clear and helpful, highlighting key concerns and practical recommendations. I particularly appreciated the way you explained your findings in clear terms, making it easy for me to understand the implications and necessary next steps. I will gladly recommend your services to others. Thank you!

Thank you to the SERVPRO Team. I can't stress the importance of communication and they have gone above and beyond to communicate at every step, especially with a newborn at home. Thank you to Manny, Isabella, Leticia, and Vanessa…you have been awesome at keeping me informed and I appreciate it.

Daniel came out for the initial visit after I experienced water intrusion from my upstairs neighbor. He was very professional, kind, and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The inspection was handled smoothly, and he made sure I understood the next steps. The ongoing work in my unit has been excellent. Gilbert has been awesome — respectful, efficient, and very attentive to the details. He came in, assessed everything carefully, and has been consistent throughout the process. Overall, Servpro has provided great service, clear communication, and a team that truly cares about the work they do.
