Thank you to the SERVPRO Team. I can't stress the importance of communication and they have gone above and beyond to communicate at every step, especially with a newborn at home. Thank you to Manny, Isabella, Leticia, and Vanessa…you have been awesome at keeping me informed and I appreciate it.

Daniel came out for the initial visit after I experienced water intrusion from my upstairs neighbor. He was very professional, kind, and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The inspection was handled smoothly, and he made sure I understood the next steps. The ongoing work in my unit has been excellent. Gilbert has been awesome — respectful, efficient, and very attentive to the details. He came in, assessed everything carefully, and has been consistent throughout the process. Overall, Servpro has provided great service, clear communication, and a team that truly cares about the work they do.

Manny, Gilbert, and Jonathan did a great job. Very professional.

Very professional and did great work. Good communication throughout the project. Daniel K and the other workers were professional and nice people to work with. Would use Servepro again. -LY

Manny Orozoo and others at this ServPro location and associated with this mitigation has been fabulous to work with. The water leakage and the whole mitigation process has been quite overwhelming, and everyone's calmness and explanation of the process has been very much appreciated. There's still a lot to be done (we've only just completed Phase 1), so I won't be checking off below the services I have not (yet) used. The company is working with my insurance regarding payment.

As a resident at community ln , I really appreciate how much you guys care about the community and other people. The way they prepped and protected the hallway and elevator area before the work was really thoughtful. It was nice to see that they actually care about keeping things clean and making sure the residents are comfortable. Nacho & valente

After the flood ,it looked like a complete disaster, but the Servpro team did an outstanding job. Valente, Hector, and Carlos were professional, courteous, and worked hard from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Valente for his exceptional professionalism. He explained every step of the process, kept me informed, and made sure the cleanup was done perfectly. I highly recommend Servpro for anyone dealing with flood damage!

Oscar performed some restoration after a plumbing leak in my condo. He showed up on time and got the work done quickly and with care. He treated my house as if it were his own - making sure to do a great job and he cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend him!
