Jorge and his team are amazing!! Jorge was on time every time and never kept me waiting 1-2 hours like most people do. Jorge is extremely knowledgeable and pointed out areas of damage that I didn't realize were caused by water! He immediately advised me to contact my insurance company since the leak was coming from my upstairs neighbor. Jorge went to work right away. He was also friendly and open to having my large dog follow him around. His team then came out for demolition and left the place spotless! I highly recommend them for your remediation needs!
A couple of weeks ago we had a burst pipe behind the master shower shower head behind the wall. It leaked down to our garage wall and damaged the wall behind our shower. To the rescue.. SERVPRO. Jorge Vinalay came out and was able to commit immediately to the project.( We asked two other services to come out to look at the damage but decided on SERVPRO.) They 'mitigated' the water damage, and we used them to restore the master shower and the garage. They completed the whole job within days. Cory was the restoration project manager and he was a straight up guy who resolved all of the problems from moving all the garage items around to restoring the garage wall and painting it.... to taking out the previous shower and replacing it with a new one. He had a little tile work to do because the replacement shower wasn't a perfect fit. Excellent job! He was conscientious in all aspects of the project from showing up on time to getting everything done and more. I am very pleased and heartily recommend SERVPRO of Huntington Beach South!

I contacted several Remediation companies due to a leak from an upstairs unit that went down to my guest bathroom shower. I heard all kinds of pitches about how I probably have mold and water damage etc. Jorge came out and educated me on everything that needed to be done and was HONEST. There was just water damage and no mold like Jorge assumed. On top of this, he was the cheapest out of all the quotes. Matt and his helper were out next day and finished the demolition quickly. Will recommend SERVPRO aka Jorge and Matt to anyone that has to deal with Remediation or demolition.
We have a rental property in Laguna Beach and tenants was concerned about mold issue. We did the mold testing and they found out two areas that are highly moistened. I have called and schedule with SERVPRO of Huntington Beach South. Mr Jorge Vinalay showed up right on time and inspected the issue areas in the mold report. With his expertise and knowledge, He realized that the highly moisture areas are in fact concrete wall. With concrete walls, they are normally high moisture and mold do not grow on concrete... He reassured my tenants and suggested a few options to mitigate the issue.
I never write review for any one but this time I have to ... because Jorge is so good ... I need to thank him for his service.
