SERVPRO was amazing. They were out in 24 hours or less. The gentleman I worked with Jorge was professional and through. I had a cracked sewer pipe from the kitchen sink in such a tight crawl space. This left no other choice than to remove the kitchen floor. Not only did SERVPRO remove the floor they hauled the sub floor as well as the tile, did the hazardous treatment to make everything safe all in a very timely manner. I as a landlord received a very detail outline of the cost of services. They are priced competitively and timely. We had a slab leak between our kitchen and office. We called the insurance company and they referred us to SERVPRO. Jorge came out right away and got us set up for drying. Even though the insurance did not end out covering the damage Jorge gave us a reasonable price to continue the work. They opened the wall for drying and cleaned up well after getting set up. Everything went well and we are all dry now. Jorge was professional and helpful the whole time. Thank you!
