Jorge and his team are amazing!! Jorge was on time every time and never kept me waiting 1-2 hours like most people do. Jorge is extremely knowledgeable and pointed out areas of damage that I didn't realize were caused by water! Jorge went to work right away. He was also friendly and open to having my large dog follow him around. His team then came out for demolition and left the place spotless! I highly recommend them for your remediation needs!
Cory and Logan are pure gems. They were kind, attentive, patient, efficient and beyond helpful. I recently moved to Huntington Beach from LA County and did not know many professionals. They were a breath of fresh air after other plumbers, and workers came to my new home trying to fix this and that, and left me with a bad taste with their poor workmanship and unfinished jobs. Not Cory and Logan, who I think went beyond the call of duty to take care of my home needs. They contacted the insurance company and took the trouble of getting a quote, as well as getting my Insurance benefits. They moved heavy items as needed, they cleaned after themselves and were very respectful of my wishes and property.

SERVPRO was amazing. They were out in 24 hours or less. The gentleman I worked with Jorge was professional and through. I had a cracked sewer pipe from the kitchen sink in such a tight crawl space. This left no other choice than to remove the kitchen floor. Not only did SERVPRO remove the floor they hauled the sub floor as well as the tile, did the hazardous treatment to make everything safe all in a very timely manner.
