I honestly don’t know where to begin. After having a major fire at our home, we were completely overwhelmed and didn’t know what the next steps were going to look like. Losing part of your home to a fire is something you can’t really prepare yourself for, and the process can be stressful from every direction. Fernando the manager was one of the biggest reasons we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. From our first interaction with him, he was calm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He never made us feel rushed, and whenever we had questions, he took the time to actually explain what was going on instead of just giving us a quick answer. He was also very hands-on and continued checking in on the project rather than simply sending his crew out and disappearing. What I appreciated most about Fernando was that he seemed to genuinely care about doing the job correctly. He paid attention to the little things, communicated with us about what the crew was doing, and made sure we understood what to expect next. During a situation where there is already so much uncertainty, having someone like that overseeing the project made a huge difference. Kevin was very thorough and seemed to always be looking for the things that could easily be overlooked. Deallen and Felipe were extremely hardworking and stayed focused throughout the project. Juan was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions. Reggie was also a great addition to the crew and worked hard to keep everything moving. Thank you to the entire team for helping us get through one of the hardest experiences we’ve ever had. You guys made a terrible situation a lot easier to deal with.

I highly recommend this company. Having the entire first floor of my home flood was honestly one of the most stressful and overwhelming things I’ve ever experienced. This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim, and I really didn’t know what to expect or where to even begin. Thankfully, Servpro sent Felipe out to my home. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to walk me through everything, explain the process, and answer all of my questions. He was extremely detailed, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Felipe and his manager, Fernandin, truly went above and beyond. They made sure everything was handled correctly and that my home was taken care of.
