I worked with SERVPRO Chino Hills office and they really did a phenomenal job remediating our home after a recent wildfire, specifically the Eaton fire. We had received two other quotes before finding them, and it was immediately clear that they were the right choice. While our house didn't have any direct fire damage, the house did have some smoke damage (really strong smell), and ash penetration (especially in attic) requiring a top-to-bottom cleaning, attic insulation removal and replacement, and exterior and hardscape washing—including our garage. They were incredibly responsive, flexible and accommodating, and truly helped ease the stress of an otherwise difficult situation. Their team worked tirelessly (my neighbors even mentioned) going above and beyond to ensure our home was thoroughly cleaned and safe for our family. I highly recommend them for any remediation needs and sincerely appreciate their commitment to quality and customer care. I worked most directly with Fernand and he was great.

Fernand Lopez was Johnny-on-the-spot from beginning through service performed by Kevin D and D Allen. I was 500 miles away when I learned I had water damage in a bedroom. Fernand met my neighbor at my home to evaluate the situation. From there we scheduled a date to start the restoration. He was always available by phone or text. He promised that their work could be completed in one day. Kevin and D Allen did that. All involved, including office staff were courteous and efficient. Thank you.

We reached out to SERVPRO after we had a pretty bad flood at our property. Fernand helped us from the very beginning and guided us through the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood what to expect with the insurance, which really helped during a stressful situation. He was always available whenever we needed something and kept us updated the whole way through.

His team was also great. They were polite, respectful, and worked carefully to make sure everything was done right at our property. Overall, we were very impressed with the communication, professionalism, and the quality of work we received.
