We have a major leak in the family room and the master bedroom. Not to mention the other leaks throughout our Spanish style house. We have a red tile roof which makes things much more difficult. 
Since a lot of water made it's way into the house it shut off our electricity on one side of the house. Our insurance is helping us through the process of having these items fixed. We were very concerned with threatening rain in the forecast in two days. Our insurance recommended SERVPRO of Cerritos to help cover our entire roof to protect us from the rain. 
SERVPRO was at our residence within 2 hours. Victor Garcia & Erik Villa were our service reps.  They were very prompt, well mannered, knowledgeable and very hard workers. They got to our house at 2:00 pm, accessed the problem & got the appropriate materials to handle the job. These two friendly guys were up there till the job was completed, a whole 8 hours. They secured the roof so our property can remain dry during the upcoming storm. They cleaned up and left the area clean. On December 18th of 2015 I had a top floor water heater leak that flooded me all the way down to the garage. My Insurance Company recommended SERVPRO and I had them immediately show up in a few hours to get rid of the water damage. Needless to say they handled the event with the highest sense of professionalism and were very attentive. After the initial water damage was done, I decided to hire them to do the construction repairs. My Kitchen was completely demo'd and the flooring ripped out, also drywall damage was everywhere. In the short time it took, approximately 4 weeks, (which is unheard of for that extensive damage), I had a complete new home, The kitchen cabinet work was amazing, the granite counter tops were amazing, the texture and final painting of everything was outstanding. As a former Marine, my expectations are very high. SERVPRO was on the scene immediately and stayed in touch with me throughout the process on a daily basis, informing me step by step, taking my input and keeping me calm and cool always in the know. Ryan the Owner, was there on day one and dropped by from time to time to ensure things were squared Away. My Project Manager for the job, Brandon, from SERVPRO was in contact with me daily and ensured the scheduling and milestones were met. The team that worked on the house was awesome as well. Thanks to Gustavo, Junior, and Edgar for keeping me in good spirits and putting up with my nit picking. They were all top performers throughout the rebuild.  The attention to detail was above par. I am more than satisfied and the light at the end of the tunnel has arrived and I am more than well. Super Job SERVPRO... You Guys Rock!

We had water leak within the walls of one of our bathrooms.  Within two hours of placing a claim with our home insurance company, SERVPRO of Cerritos contacted us and came to the property to assess the damage and start the drying process.  Everyone, from the technicians visiting the home to the people taking calls, was very knowledgeable and professional.  They are super communicative of everything, letting you know what's going on and what to expect.  Highly recommend them for any damage restoration needs.

Our downstairs was totally flooded overnight. SERVPRO came out within an hour of my phone call and started working on making sure in detail that everything possible was done so mildew and mold would not take over.  Moises was there from the beginning  of the job until the end of the job after seven days removing the walls and drying the walls. He was professional, highly skilled and very knowledgable on what he was doing. He knew and worked with the Insurance adjuster, movers really well and made sure we where well taken care off.

Total slab leak disaster that ruined our kitchen and dining room. Ryan and his staff at SERVPRO of Cerritos were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, neat, thorough and easy to work with.  There are so many of these companies out there... I got lucky with this selection. Unfortunately, our track is notorious for slab leaks (my 4th).  I hope I will never have to need to hire another water mitigation company again, but if I have to I will definitely use this company again.
