On August 17, 2016, he moved some of our contents back into our home. During the process, Michael found my great-grandmother's wedding band, a priceless family heirloom that I had been unable to find and therefore considered lost.
Michael found the gold ring in one of the dressers while he and Eric were arranging the furniture and brought the ring and another piece of jewelery (a personalized pendant given to me by mother) to me. I can't say enough good things about SERVPRO of Cerritos. We encountered water damage that sourced from our refrigerator water hose and sustained extensive damage to our hardwood floors and walls. Gilbert and his team initially cleaned and dried the area while our family had to vacate our home. He and his team explained every day what needed to be done and we appreciated their patience and communication every step of the way. After the water abatement was completed we felt comfortable using SERVPRO for the renovation and it was the BEST decision! Ryan and his team (Jr., Ben, the floor guys and the plumbers) are all super respectful, communicative, highly skilled and showed up promptly every day. They worked with us to make sure everything was as we expected; complete kitchen renovation, flooring throughout the house and interior painting. I definitely plan to use them with any future projects.
