We have a major leak in the family room and the master bedroom. Not to mention the other leaks throughout our Spanish style house. We have a red tile roof which makes things much more difficult. 
Since a lot of water made it's way into the house it shut off our electricity on one side of the house. Our insurance is helping us through the process of having these items fixed. We were very concerned with threatening rain in the forecast in two days. Our insurance recommended SERVPRO of Cerritos to help cover our entire roof to protect us from the rain. 
SERVPRO was at our residence within 2 hours. Victor Garcia & Erik Villa were our service reps.  They were very prompt, well mannered, knowledgeable and very hard workers. They got to our house at 2:00 pm, accessed the problem & got the appropriate materials to handle the job. These two friendly guys were up there till the job was completed, a whole 8 hours. They secured the roof so our property can remain dry during the upcoming storm. They cleaned up and left the area clean. I had water damage in my kitchen and dining room. SERVPRO was sent out by my property management to do the restoration. My first Contact was with Mike and Rudy. They were punctual and came in and started the process. They explained what was going to happen, what they were doing and the amount of time that it would take. They were polite, courteous and were fantastic to work with.
The sales rep Josh Molina came out on the second day to see the progress. He was fantastic and assured me the process would go smoothly.
The job is now finished on schedule and on time. I am very happy with the services they provided. I also have to add in they were pet friendly. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Erik V. from SERVPRO Cerritos/Hawaiian Gardens and the rest of the restoration team did a fantastic job in handling our residential water damage restoration.  They were extremely professional and efficient.  They explained the process along the way and took time to handle our personal property with care. They visited daily to check the equipment and progress of the restoration.  They got the job done!  Our experience with SERVPRO was fantastic.  Even months after the job completion, Erik was available to answer questions and offer assistance.  In case you need emergency services, we highly recommend Erik V. and his team.

Had a hot water slab leak and our insurance requested SERVPRO to handle the water/moisture mitigation. Gilbert and his team came out and did a great job identifying where the moisture had reached, set up ventilation and dehumidifying equipment and cordoned the area with plastic sheeting. They kept us informed and confirmed their starting time for the next day. Definitely recommend Gilbert and SERVPRO!!!

I had the privilege and good fortune of working with Josh Molina from SERVPRO.  I was at my wit's end with the water damage in my kitchen and attempting to sort out how I was going to find the problem and fix everything.  Josh was not daunted by anything, listened, and set out a plan of attack.  He has communication skills that one can only dream about.  Calls and texts are answered promptly.  Explanations of how the restoration process works are easily understood.  If he, himself, is not able to diagnose the problem, he has a cache of excellent people that he works with.  Not that I wish anyone (including myself) water damage to your home, I can recommend that you have only one call to make.  Call Josh at SERVPRO.

I was very impressed with the crew from this company.  They were hired by my insurance company for a lot of water damage to my condo.  Over the drying period I met many of the employees daily as they came to test.  Every guy came in with a smile as they introduced themselves.  I don't remember all their names, but the last two gave me good and bad news, good news - everything is dry, bad news - they won't be back. Fantastic people and company to deal with. Highly recommend this company.

I was able to schedule a first-time inspection quickly on a Monday. The gal on the phone was very polite and the person who showed up was Victor who is very personable -  a very good experience.
This was for a second opinion because I was told I had to immediately start a $1,700 fungus removal project. (
That shyster didn't even bring a flashlight.)
