I would highly recommend Marcello from SERVPRO for any water mitigation.  He didn't just do his "job" he went above and beyond and helped to reassure us that the problem would be solved.  He was great during a very stressful time.  Marcello is an asset to the SERVPRO company.

Water damage is no fun and mold is a scary word. What I've found is that there are a lot of companies out there that want to take your insurance company's money. Fear tactics and shady practices seem to run rampant. I want to thank David for coming out and taking a look at the leak under my sink. After being told that I was going to need a complete kitchen remodel, David said at most I should just replace the shelf wood. No worried of mold now. I didn't pay this company a dime, but now the next time I have water issues, I know who will give me an honest answer and I hope that gives you the reassurance to bring David out for your issue as well.

We had a leak in a bathroom that we were unaware of for longer than anyone would want. From my first contact with SERVPRO until completion and final payment, THEY WERE AMAZING. Fred came out looked at the place and gave me a ton of info and explained everything clearly. Chad was the go to guy during the demo and clean-up. They also dealt with my insurance company and made arrangements with the mold clearance company. From start to finish, I was impressed. They always showed up on time, were considerate of my belongings and my privacy. The guys were professional and ALWAYS cleaned up after themselves EVERYDAY. I will recommend them to everyone and will use them when/if I ever need their services again. 5+ STARS.

I can't say enough about the amazing job Marcello and Junior did cleaning up the mess from my flooded condo and helping to prevent further damage.  Their response was immediate and they worked with me to find the most convenient time to meet, and even worked late into the night removing my damaged wood floors, carpet, and drywall.  Marcello kept in constant contact, keeping me informed of the progress and what exactly they were doing in the next couple of days to dry out the condo.  The flood waters came out of the laundry line and were filled with black sludge and who knows what else.  It was absolutely disgusting yet these two guys cleaned it all up with a smile and without a single complaint! 

What really sets these guys apart is the customer service.  I could have completely freaked out and had a meltdown had it not been for Marcello calmly explaining everything to me about how insurance works and assuring me that everything would be ok.  It's a dirty job, but these guys are very professional and quick.  They were originally referred to me by my insurance AAA so you know they are a good company.  Thank you again Marcello and Junior!
