SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown understands the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage and the disruption it causes your life and home or business.
Newly owned and operated by Ben Sussman and Jordan Katz, the previous franchise owner, Michael Lu, sold his company to Ben and Jordan in summer 2018. This is the second franchise that Ben and Jordan own, their first being an adjacent SERVPRO territory that they bought several years ago and built from scratch
We have over 25 employees and our company specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties after a fire, smoke or water damage. We also perform mold remediation and biohazard cleanup services. We are on nearly 40 insurance preferred vendor programs, have steady commercial work including medical facilities, hotels and motels, HOAs, and more. We attribute our growth to always doing the right thing, placing the customer first, and having open and honest communication in every dealing and interaction we have.
