He is thorough, professional, and treats everything with a sense of urgency, which is the most important factor when dealing with water damage.

Newly owned and operated by Ben Sussman and Jordan Katz, the previous franchise owner, Michael Lu, sold his company to Ben and Jordan in summer 2018. This is the second franchise that Ben and Jordan own, their first being an adjacent SERVPRO territory that they bought several years ago and built from scratch
