Meet Our Team

Jordan is one of the founders of the company and oversees all field operations and quality management for SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach, traveling when time allows, and spending time with his family.

Ben is one of the founders of the company and oversees all aspects of SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown, including office operations, marketing, rebuild/construction. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler son, and traveling.

Tawny is our incredible Office Manager. Without her, we'd be lost! She joined the team shortly after we opened, and is there to help with anything and everything. In her free time, she enjoys exploring beautiful San Diego with her three daughters.

Meet Amy, our office's rockstar Administrative Assistant. Amy started with us in the beginning of 2016. Chances are, if you've called our office, Amy has been one to help you. Amy is responsible for keeping our clients up-to-date on the status of their projects, and making sure they're happy. On weekends, you can catch Amy testing out new recipes and preparing feasts for her family and friends!

Freddie Erwin has been with the company since 2004. He has over a decade of mold remediation experience. He is certified by IICRC in Water Damage, Advance Structural Drying, and Mold Remediation. If you have a mold remediation question, he is your guy.

Marcello Nicoletti is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Centre City Uptown. He has been with us for over 10 years. Certified by IICRC in Water Damage many years ago. He brings experience to the table when he comes out. Se habla espanol.

Eric is one of our Production Managers here at SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown. His favorite part about working in the remediation/restoration field is that no day is the same, and he's constantly being challenged. In his spare time you can find him surfing at one of San Diego's beautiful beaches.

David has been a member of the SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown team since early 2016. He comes to us with a wealth of industry knowledge, and has quickly proven himself to be a key asset to our field division. David's favorite part of working for the company is the fast-paced nature of our work.

Dave is one of the newer members of our team and joined SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown in the fall of 2017 as Warehouse Manager. Dave comes to us with experience in the restoration industry and has proven vital to our team and always ready and willing to go in the field when we need him!

Ever joined the SERVPRO team in 2016 and is a key member of the company! He's one of the nicest and happiest people you'll ever meet, and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Lisa has been with SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown in spirit from the beginning (as Ben's sidekick/wife), She manages our marketing efforts as well as our rebuild division. She loves meeting people and building relationships, and strives to make every customer happy! Fun fact about Lisa: she's been to over 30 countries, and counting! Next on her bucket list is Iceland. In her spare time you can find her with Ben and their toddler, or taking a pilates or yoga class.
